The Louvre’s Department of Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities is organizing an exhibition on Izmir’s ancient past. 
The former Greek and Roman city, its monuments, carvings and most typical art works are presented chronologically and thematically. The exhibition highlights the agora, with a display of its famous reliefs dating from the second century AD.The Turkish Season at the Louvre is supported by the Izmir Chamber of Commerce.Curator(s) : Jean-Luc Martinez, Isabelle Hasselin, Ludovic Laugier, musée du Louvre
