One of the most emblematic buildings of the town of Tulcea, the Museum of Ethnography and Folk Art Museum represents together with other buildings, valuable examples of architecture of national forms. The building was built in the interwar period (1924-1927), therefore, to end the current era of national expression in architecture and Romania is based on a project developed in 1924. The building has a balance in general and pointing at an intersection, but the initial functionality.
