The primary focus of the Fleischer collection is on American Impressionism, the school of California. However, there is another very significant group of paintings that has emerged in the collection. These paintings are from the Russian and Soviet School of Realism, strongly tempered by Impressionism. The current collection contains approximately three-hundred paintings representing in excess of one-hundred artists.
