This is a miniature gold box in the form of a Doge’s hat in yellow enamelled gold simulating satin. The Doge's Hat was created by the House of Faberge.
Founded in North Wales in 1865, Wartski is a family owned firm of antique dealers specialising in the work of Carl Faberge, Russian Works of Art.
A private collection of 150 works by Carl Fabergé will be exhibited at Wartski in May 2012 to coincide with The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
